How top update the 'About Us' in my eBay Store?
Summary: txtoys expressed difficulty in locating the option to update the 'About Us' section on their eBay store, noting that existing instructions were inadequate. comics-scifi-collectibles provided a link to eBay's store management help and offered additional support. txtoys acknowledged the help but reiterated that the 'Tell Your Story' tab was still missing from their view. comics-scifi-collectibles then tagged another mentor for assistance. disneyshopper suggested navigating through specific eBay settings to find and edit the 'Tell Your Story' section.
I have been searching this morning for about 2 hours on where to update my 'about us' or "Tell My Story" on my eBay store as all instructions to get there took me nowhere. I stopped searching when AI said, Having a problem with that? You are not alone" as many sellers have a problem with it also. ( I have paraphrased that). I can never find the tab that is supposed to be there. My 'About ' is decades old and it really needs updated.
Thank you for the help. Txtoys.

Mentor2 weeks agoGo to your Overview > Selling Tools > Manage Store
Under your store name, you should see Stage your store and Tell your story. Click Tell your story, make your changes, click Publish at the bottom.

OP2 weeks agoThank you for you personal help, you have helped me in the past, and I always appreciate it. I had found that and other information earlier today, however the issue is that I have never found the 'Tell Your Story' tab. That's where I need help, finding that tab. I go to my Seller Hub, Click on 'Store' tab, click on 'Edit Store' and there is nothing similar to a tab 'Tell Your Story'. Hope someone else has seen this issue and can help. Thank you very much.
