How to void a shipping label.

I printed out a shipping label, but then saw that the return address was incorrect. I corrected the return address, and printed out a second label, not realizing that I would be charged twice for the label. I removed the second tracking number, but still see that I am being charged for two shipping labels. How do I void the extra shipping label? Thank you for your help!

You have 28 days to cancel an unused USPS, FedEx, or UPS label purchased on eBay. It can take up to 21 days for the carrier to approve or reject the refund. If approved, funds will be credited to your original funding source.

Here's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:

Go to Track and manage your shipments in Seller Hub or Manage shipping labels in My eBay.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.
