how to void a prepaid label
So I’ve sold something and my prepaid label is showing my old address. When I go to void / cancel the label it says prepaid labels can’t be canceled . What do I do now ?

Mentor3 days ago@fredoszn I helped a new seller yesterday that was also unable to cancel the prepaid label. This may have something do with eBay's new method of handling shipping for new sellers.
I asked eBay community staff and they said to contact customer service for help. You probably will need to use Instagram so that the agent understands the problem.

When you create a new label, look to the right and correct your return address before you purchase and print it.
