How to verify that the authenticator is eBay authorized, or a scam?

I'm new to this, first time selling a card and needing to send it to an authorized authenticator and I'm not sure the company (in a suite in Santa Ana) is for real, or a scam. Using eBay's pathetic non-human "Chat/help" feature is woefully inadequate.

@eddall It's real as long as you select print shipping label from the drop down menu next to the sold item. That is the correct address to ship to. They do have more than one authentication center.

Just be sure to use the eBay label so you have the correct address and the code that ties you and the buyer to sale is on the shipping label.
