how to use my Allstate Protection Plan

Hello, seeking some guidance here on how to file a claim using my Allstate protection plan... However, I did not recieve any instructions on how to file a claim.

As background, I purchased a 1-year protection plan for a washer motor control board which turn out to be ab Incorrect part (4-pins vs 5-pins - it's a long story)

The seller states they don't accept returns, so I'm thinking to use my protection plan.

What should I do?

The seller's No Return policy is only for buyer's remorse.

Go to My ebay > Purchase History

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

After this is done, you will need to cancel the Allstate warranty plan.
