how to undo a negative feedback
Bought and paid for item.
Item was not what I had anticipated and said so in a note to the seller.
After 30 days I left negative feedback with the same note I had sent earlier.
Seller then apologized and refunded.
How can I do the honorable thing and undo the negative feedback?
