How to unblock a person.
Can you block a “store†like an individual? Can a person or “store†still send offers if you block them? How do you unblock a person or “store†if the “stores†can be blocked? Also, anytime I click on anyone’s listings, I automatically receive an offer for that item even if I don't “watch†the item. Is there a way to stop getting those offers? When I want to list an item I find a similar item and “sell similar item†to start my listing. It is not because I am interested in their item. Any and all suggestions and welcome!
