how to turn off local picup.
I really don't want it offered. I do not have it turned on in the shipping options.
a buyer selected it on a purchase, even though it was not turned on.
Now I am spending way to much time trying to get paid since the buyer opened a request/hold case WITHIN a day, since I did not respond to his message. He purchased on Friday and I did contact him and meet with him in person on Sunday. the funds are on hold, the request/hold is still open and ebay has NO support for their dysfunctional shipping options page
