How to teport a buyer?

I have a buyer that is requesting a refund, but lying about the product. They purchased and sent an item NWT (tags are shown in listing attached and in description), and they are now saying that they aren't that and worn. I have feeling that if I agree to a return that this will come back worn and ruined. How do I report them, before they go to ebay with this and put a negative mark on my selling?

-Buyers are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee which trumps your No returns accepted policy. Buyers can select a reason that forces YOU to pay for a return shipping label and refund upon receipt. You should become familiar with the MBG:

-Accept the return and get the item back. Once you get it back if something happened to it, like if the condition was changed, that is when you use the Report Buyer link on the transaction. Depending on what happens some of the eBay Seller protections may apply: Seller protections | eBay
