how to tell if there was insurance on an item from the ebay receipt

I always print my labels from ebay--

one of my buyers just informed me that the item I sent arrived broken and wants a refund

she did send me pics of the piece and the packaging

Im sure I picked the shipping that includes insurance

is there a way I can see if the insurance was included when I paid for the shipping

I already refunded the buyer

If you shipping Priority Mail or Ground Advantage, you have up to $100 of insurance.

You can file an insurance claim online (and upload the photos showing damage) here:
