How to tell if a buyer is legit

I have received an offer on a $1295 computer from "1089yuan" for $1,166 and then another from "yuanzha_80" for $1166. I accepted the first offer just now, and awaiting payment. I find it odd that the second offer is exactly the same amount, $1,166. "yuanzha_80" doesn't seem to be a legit user. It goes nowhere when I check it. Also, "yuanzha_80" offer appears twice in my feed, exactly the same.

Should I assume that the "yuanzha_80" user is not legitimate?

Be aware that since you are a new seller that your funds will be held for at least 30 days. Once the buyer pays that is when you ship. All buyers start with zero feedback but be careful since you are a new seller AND the buyer is new too.

Be sure to ship with signature required on delivery AND add insurance as the shipping label only comes with $100 insurance.

Double box the computer so that it can withstand being tossed around during shipping.

The computer will remain for sale until paid for.
