How to talk with agent on item issue

Question

I ordered item. Seller messaged they are working on it. Week went by they messsged me to say delivery times are really long. Suggested I cancel (1/19). I canceled on 1/20. On 1/21 they shipped item. They are now asking if Iâ€™ll send to another person if they send me shipping label. The seller does not take returns. I have package unopened and it appears this scenario is a scam but canâ€™t get ahold of eBay to try and resolve. Any ideas?

Did you get your refund through eBay?

If it feels scammy, you can keep or donate the item

Or you can ask the seller to send you a label to return it to the seller.

It's probably ok to forward to the 3rd party using the label that the seller sent.

However, if for some reason this is a restricted item (age, adult item, firearm related item, tobacco items, etc.), I would not forward to the 3rd party.
