How to talk to someone in customer service!

Question

I bought an automotive part on eBay and I don't have the order number or any paperwork. I got the part delivered fine, but it's the wrong part for my Toyota truck and now I need to return it to get the right part but, there's no ORDER NUMBER. So how can I return it?! I contacted the seller they can't help without the order number. I can't contact eBay, because there isn't a phone number for customer service anywhere and the "bot" doesn't help one bit because it can't understand this situation!

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and use the "Return this item" link.

If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your account and use the email that eBay sent regarding the purchase or see here:

Otherwise, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back in North America by typing "agent" into the chat window and providing some context to connect you with the proper department.
