How to talk to someone in Customer Service
I sold a brand new never used item in its original box. it was pristine. Now the buyer is claiming that it is dirty, used and has been wiped down. Photos were sent of the box that do not look like what I sent. What do I do and how do I contact Customer Service for assistance with this? Thank you for your help.
