Mentor4 months agoWhen a buyer goes to ebay Checkout to pay, s/he sees the SHIP TO address. The buyer can change it if s/he wants to change it. You are obligated to send to the ship to address attached to the payment.

Mentor4 months ago@elizsco_58 Not all items ship to all locations. eBay customer service can not see more information than you already have in regards to the buyers address.
What is the item number of the listing? Or link to the listing?
You must ONLY ship to the address provided at checkout on the sale per eBay policy.
