how to stop the page from scroling up at the bottom?
when I come to the bottom of a page, it continues to scroll up again. How can I stop this?

Which page? For some pages, such as the main eBay page, as you scroll down, new rows of sponsored listings are added to the page. If you hold down the "end" key long enough, you will reach the bottom of the page, though.
If that is not what you are referring to, can you provide some more details?

I am not referring to the main page.
While shopping, I will enter general search
such as WOMENS BOILED WOOL VEST.
Once I get results, usually narrow search, color, size, condition, etc.
Then I select an item to view.
The listing is displayed, after which “SUGGESTIONS/ RECOMMENDATIONS†are displayed as well.
These suggested items never come to an end.
Whenever the scroll bar comes close to the bottom, it jumps back up, reposting the same recommended content over and over.
In the past, when the search was complete, e-Bay posted useful suggestions for modifications to the current search.
This is no longer available due to the never-ending loading (reloading) of recommendations/ suggestions.
I can hold the arrow to bottom of search for 5,10 minutes, longer.
The search bar will jump back up every time.

Mentor8 months agoNear the bottom of those search results -- above the rows of sponsored listings, just above where the page numbers are shown, there should be a "Tell us what you think" link. Use that to report the issue to eBay.
