How to stop someone from selling bad goods based on all feedback in last six months

I don't understand how they keep selling bad good here. Are they paying ebay more money to stay here? I need to know if this is ebay's unethical practices. I am considering selling here but I won't if this is the norm.

I guess as long as ebay's pockets are jingling is all you care about. I've decided not to sell here. That way I have a clear conscience and can represent myself in a better light. Math don't make unhappy customers who buy things that aren't represented in seller's photos right on any scale you apply it to. Karma can be a terrible taskmaster.

Your seller has a 99.1% feedback rating, which is commendable for a high volume seller.

The positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the total number of positive and negative Feedback ratings for transactions that ended in the last 12 months, excluding repeat Feedback from the same member for purchases done within the same calendar week (eBay time).
Note: This could mean that the number of ratings used for this calculation is different from the same number shown in the recent ratings table on the left.
Positives / (Positives + Negatives)

Positives: 3410 Negatives: 30
This member's positive Feedback percentage
3410 / ( 3410 + 30 ) = 99.1%

As for the detailed selling ratings: two are 4.9 and two are 5.0

Both are excellent in ebay's eyes, and I believe as well for most ebayers.
