How to Stop Orders from Automatically Combining for Shipping

Question

Hello, I would like to find out how I can stop the Ebay system from combining the orders of a same buyer. I cannot ship over 1 item in a box as they are fragile and will break. I cannot find any information on how to stop Ebay from combining orders. I did find how to combine orders and I did not check that box but Ebay is continually combining orders.

Does anyone know how I can change it so Ebay will not combine orders?

You can still ship in multiple packages when the orders are combined.

Shipping an order in multiple packages

When shipping an order in multiple packages, you can print a different label for each package.

Once you've printed the label for your first package, simply select Print another label for this order from the label confirmation page. You can then enter the weight and dimensions for the next package.

Each additional label you print will have its own tracking number and will be charged separately, based on the package weight and dimensions you entered.
