How To Stop Capital One Drop-Down Notifications at Check-Out.
Hello.
Every time I go to check-out I get an annoying Capital One drop-down notification asking if I want the program to check for discounts. I would prefer not to get these. I do not see where I can turn them off. Can anyone offer advice or directions?
Thank you.

Are you referring to an ad on the checkout page or to something else?
Check your browser to see if you have unwanted adware or malware.
Malwarebytes has a free scanner called adwcleaner that is good for these sorts of things, but there are others as well.

OP3 weeks agoIt's a drop down ad or notification that there are additional discounts available through Capital One on the checkout page. Thank you for the tips!

From your description it sounds like it might be caused by a "deal" add-on in your browser.
I do not recall seeing anything like that on eBay's checkout recently, though I use an ad blocker, so I rarely see any ads at all.

Mentor3 weeks agoI don't think that can be switched off, as Capitol One is paying for that ad. All you can do is click the X if there is one.
