How to stop a seller's unwanted messages
Good morning..
A seller to whom I had to request a return insulted me when I requested to return his item. He called me a liar and a scammer. I contacted him prior to opening a case to return the purchase, and that's when it started. Prior to issuing a refund, he sent no less than six emails; after the refund took place, he has sent another four. I have responded to none of them. I did leave him neg FB (not proud of that), and in his latest email, he said he's contacting eBay for a FB revision. I truly don't give a darn, I just want him to quit contacting me. Any advice would be appreciated.

-Is it true you wanted a partial refund and return label for a foreign country and an address not associated with your account? Sellers are only responsible to the address on file at the time of the order which is an eBay policy violation. If that Seller came here and posted about this transaction they would be advised to report you for asking for something that was not included on the listing.

OP11 months agoThat is absolutely untrue! I never mentioned any other address, nor did I even mention an address. I don't live in a foreign country. Abiding by eBay's rules when having a problem with a purchase, to first contact the seller is all I did.
