How to speak with a live agent
I am trying to sell but was told my identity needed to be verified after completing Payoneer- I tried to have eBay call me and the options available is US or Canada - I live in UK with a UK mobile no. What should I do please?

You are located in the UK.
You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.co.uk
There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.
In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.

OP2 years agoThank you for your advice. Does it mean that if I go to my homesite - and log into my account I will be directed to the UK site and can therefore have eBay call me on my UK mobile to verify me?
