There wasn't anything false about the feedback. The listing says the shoes were new and unworn and showed photos of the shoes as unworn.
Just because you admitted to the error after he bought the shoes doesn't change that. Since the buyer wants to keep the shoes, why not give him a partial refund to help compensate for your listing error (Perhaps a 50% discount)? When you take care of a buyer's problem quickly and professionally, he may be amenable to a feedback revision (but don't ask until AFTER you resolve the problem).
