Mentor10 months ago@chawill5201 You are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program, this means you ship to the hub and then eBay handles the sale from there including all refund requests after the item safely reaches the hub.
I looked at your sold listings and Australia is on the list.
If the EIS program canceled the order for some reason then you can ask eBay to remove the negative feedback. If you backed out of the sale then eBay may not remove the feedback.
