How to Show Ebay that Digital Item WAS Delivered

I sold a coupon, and the buyer asked me to send the code on the back of the coupon so it could be used online immediately. This left the Ebay sold listing showing non-delivery because it wasn't mailed. How do I correct this? Will it affect my metrics?

The only way to correct it is to mail a tracked item to your buyer.

Instead you can mark it as shipped from the drop-down list to the right, here:
https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

Digital delivery is not an valid option for most sellers, and is never allowed for Gift Cards and coupons because of the chance of fraud.
