·3 years agoWhich listing form are you using? Make sure that the dimensions of your package are within the dimensions of the flat rate box you would like to use. Click the "Add Services" option and select The Flat Rate box. When the option is selected for your listing form, use the "free shipping" toggle.

OP3 years agoTU, the 'flat rate' box is provided by usps. About $22. for med box, all over U.S., any weight. where I was trying to make a listing there was no opportunity to check 'flat rate box by usps'.
