How to ship Dice Inexpensively

Hi! I am looking for any guidance on how to set up a listing for a very light weight dice game with three dice. This issue I am having is when I select USPS ground advantage, it shows an estimated price of $5-6. Once the ebay fees are added, lets say its an extra dollar. I would really like to list my game for $9.99 but once I factor in the raw material costs along with the shipping/ebay fees, its basically a wash or loss. I see other two dice games listed with free shipping for $7 and I am guessing they must be shipping a different method than Ground Advantage. Can anyone offer a little guidance on how to get this shipping cost down. I ship in a polybag and the weight is 0.04oz.

The sellers charging $7 are paying for some of the shipping cost, or they are using a shipping method that has no tracking. If the seller is using Large Envelope, and the buyer claims non delivery, the seller will have to refund item price + shipping since there is no tracking with Large Envelope.
