After the buyer makes his purchase and selects local pickup, you should have no trouble exchanging contact info. The buyer will also be given a code to give to you. You enter the code in the order details to confirm pickup.

That is not possible. They need to buy it. If they decide they don’t want to complete the purchase, then you cancel as buyer requested and refund the buyer.
