Domestic shipping is one set of options, International is a different setting.
It appears to me that you have it set this way
Domestic Shipping - free
International Shipping - EIS (You ship free to the hub, buyer pays shipping from the hub to their country)
Do you want to ship directly, not using EIS?

OP1 year agoThank you eastlaneave for helping me, I understand what to do now, I just ship the international order to the hub, and there is no extra cost.
