How to set payment methods for offers
I was trying to make an offer for an item. When I am doing that, it asks for payment method. It shows my bank credit and debit cards, then it says use PayPal balance first. Does this mean it will be charged to my PayPal credit balance or what? I do want to use PayPal,but when I check that box, it also still highlights my bank account card. Can someone help .

If you select PayPal, paypal wants to know if you want to use the cash balance that is in paypal or if you want PayPal to charge one of you payment methods.
eBay will be paid by PayPal, Paypal will charge the method you choose (balance and/or card)
