How to send to Authenticator
So I sold a Psa graded card and it’s saying send to Authenticator but I don’t see where to send it to and do I need to have two labels or can I just print the buyers label and drop it off?

Mentor2 years agoIf the item has the Authentication Guarantee on it, when you print the shipping label, the address will be to the authenticator. When authenticated, it will be sent onto the buyer. If it does not pass authentication, the buyer is refunded, and the card is returned to you.

OP2 years agoThat makes sense but I have two different labels that it brings me to. Which one do I print or is it both? One has ship to the buy but then the other one is just a cali address. So I don’t know which to print and I don’t want it getting lost. Lol

Mentor2 years agoIt was my understanding that you should only receive ONE label when the item needs to be sent to the authenticator. I suggest contacting customer service.

OP2 years agoSo they said to just print the label it generates but it doesn’t have the authenticity team address it’s just the buyers address now so I’m literally confused. Is the random letter and numbers in the address the indicator to go to the team first and then the buyer or what?
