how to send shipping label for buyer to pay after item was already paid for
the order is paid for. when I go to get the shipping label it's at my cost?Is there a way after buyer paid to charge them shipping or do I have to cancel the order and revise it to make sure shipping isn't included as it's meant to be the buyers fee. HELP

Well, the HP PageWide Pro 477 you sold today was listed with Local Pick up and FREE Shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
If the Buyer is local and is going to pick it up they will be issued a QR code and 6-digit code to use when they get it from you. You will either scan the QR code or take the 6 digit code and enter it in the transaction details so eBay knows the pick up was completed.
If they paid to have it shipped and you accidentally offered Free shipping then you will be learning a hard lesson because you have to pay to ship that item to them at your cost. You pay for your mistakes here.
We see a lot of mistakes on shipping by new Sellers ... for example on your arthur court Alligator Chip Tray you have Freight listed ... it that things weights over 100 lbs that would be correct. If it is small enough to sit on coffee table then Freight would NOT be correct.
When you create a listing you want to use the Calculated setting so Buyers pay YOU to ship to them. You then take that money and purchase a discounted eBay shipping label that will help offset eBay fees you pay on the paid shipping from the Buyer.
The only time you use the Freight shipping settings is for something large and heavy that you will put in a crate for shipping.
