How to Send Offers To New Viewers? - Cant find link to do that. Super frustrated.
When I first started my account, EBay was consistently sending notices to send new viewers / watchers an offer & I really like doing that. But then all of a sudden EBay stopped doing this, & now they are pushing me to pay more & promote my listings. ?? Super Frustrated. Does anyone know how to send offers to potential buyers?
