How to send invoice to buyer for shipping
Shipping cost paid is less than what was posted. Went to USPS and told me stamp paid is OK but then i got an email a week later that it is short by $7.07. Buyer already got the item. Contacted buyer but no response. How do I send an invoice to buyer?

It is not possible to invoice a buyer. You can not ask a buyer to pay any additional amount after the sale. They pay what you entered on your listing. If you did not add the correct shipping amount you must cover the difference.
It sounds like you received a postage adjustment from USPS. If you believe it to be not cot then there is the option to dispute the charge in the notice.
