How to send correct item after buyer sent back wrong item they got
I sent wrong item to buyer ;they returned it. I'm waiting for other buyer to ship that item back to me so I can send each buyer the correct item. Ebay says I need to refund by fri, what do I do? I also need to get new shipping labels for both packages.

What @golfingaddict wrote is something you may have to do for the open dispute.
What you have not told us is, has buyer 2 opened a dispute or have you exchanged messages with them?
It would also be helpful to know if buyer1, sent the item back using a return shipping label you sent them or did they do that on their own?
There is another way you could handle the situation, but we would need to know the answers to the questions above.

OP8 months agoHi, yes. The other buyer issued a return also. I sent them both prepaid labels to ship the boxes back to me. I got one box yesterday, waiting to get other box but dont have the tracking number yet so not sure when it will arrive. Both buyers want their correct items.( I didn't want to refund and relist because how could I make sure each of them got it, instead of a different buyer) I dont know how to contact ebay to explain this situation so they won't automatically push the refund.

Trying to wait to send the right item will backfire on you.
eBay will force the refund and if you send the correct item, you could be out the item and the money.
Just process it as a return and tell the buyer that you will relist the item when you get it back and give them the opportunity to buy it again.

Mentor8 months agoThe correct way to resolve the open return request is to refund when you get the item back. If you do not refund, eBay can close the return request and refund the buyer for you.
Resolve each issue as it is presented to you without trying to work around the issue.
When you get the correct items back and the buyers have been refunded you can relist the items.
There are so many scenarios that can go wrong if you try to get an item back from a buyer or have a buyer ship an item to someone else.
