How to send buyer funds?

Retry I had a customer return an item after 6 weeks, but I ensured to resolve the issue for her. I advised her to send the item back, and I would refund her the full amount. She purchased the shipping label herself and sent the item back, and I refunded her in full. However, I couldn't add the extra amount for the shipping label. I want to send her the funds for the return shipping. Can you please advise on how I can send the funds for the return shipping?

@thenewsdrack Since this was done outside of the eBay system you'll have to contact the buyer and send them the money for the return label using an electronic method such as venmo, or snail mail them a check.
