Mentor1 month agoAn invoice can only be sent BEFORE a buyer pays. If the buyer wants a printed form, s/he can go to his/her Purchase history, locate the transaction, click on the View Order Details and print that out.

Mentor1 month agoIt is not necessary to send the buyer an invoice after they have already paid for their order/purchase.
