Buyer claims they don’t want item because AI description stated shoes were brown but pics clearly show they are matte black, I didn’t catch it, so they want to return. How to send buyer return shipping label from iphone

Have the Buyer file an official return claim through eBay, they can do that on the item in their Purchase history. You will Accept the return and issue them a pre-paid return shipping label through the claim and the cost will be deducted from your account once the item has been returned and tracking shows you received it.

Once you get the shoes back refund them through the claim.

The Buyer is protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee and the item NOT being as described means they are entitled to return the item for a refund.
