How to Send an Offer on an Individual item and use a dollar amount instead of % on a computer
Hi,
All of a sudden, if I want to send offers, Ebay is forcing me to send the same single % off to ALL of my offer eligible items in bulk. I'm not a reseller. I'm just trying to clear my clutter. When did this happen and is there a workaround for that? How can I send an offer for an individual item? How can I send the offer as a new dollar amount? I do ebay on a laptop, not on my phone. Thanks.
