how to send an invoice to the buyer if they have already paid?

I need to send the buyer an invoice for a additional fee to cover crating fee but the buyer has already paid for the item. how can I create an invoice for the buyer to pay?

Once a buyer has paid, you cannot send an invoice. You cannot ask the buyer to pay more than what is shown on the listing. If this crating is a service that the buyer requests, you can ask for his/her Paypal email address and send an Invoice from your Paypal account.
