how to send a new invoice to make new shipping lable?
i sold an item that got returned to me because she had the wrong address. i need to send her an invoice so she can pay for the shipping so i can return it to her. how do i send an invoice or charge her for the new shippimg lable?

·11 months agoLet the buyer know that you will be able to refund the item cost but not the shipping and relist the item so that they can purchase it again with an updated shipping address.
You are allowed to instead collect the shipping cost for reshipping it via PayPal or another payment method, but I do not prefer that approach because the second shipment will not be recorded in eBay’s system. You should always ship to the address on the order, and not a different address provided by the buyer.

Mentor11 months agoWhen this happens, you refund item price only due to Problem with buyer's address. Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
If the buyer still wants the item,
Relist the item, send the new item number to the buyer. Let the buyer know she has to submit the correct SHIP TO address during Checkout. There is a CHANGE option for her to do so. Sellers need to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment.
