how to sell to someone who has maxed out their allowable number of bids
I missed a potential buyers offer (expired before I saw it) and I told her to make the offer again and I would accept it. When she tried to re enter the offer she was denied because she had maxed out her allowable number of bids. I just want to waive the maximum so she can place the offer again and I can accept it and complete the transaction via ebay. If it can't be waived is there any other way to complete this sale. We've agreed on a price already. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Since it would be a new item number s/he would have the full offer limit (5 in most categories, but if s/he starts renegotiating reconsider selling to him/her) .

You can end the listing … and then relist the item at an agreed-upon price.
