How to sell to customer in UK
A potential customer contacted me asking me why I can't ship to him in the United Kingdom. According to him, eBay is saying that I can't ship to the UK, even though I want to sell to as many countries as possible. How do I correct this to allow this customer to buy my product and have it shipped to the UK?

Mentor1 year ago@impactautopartsstore. Not all items can ship to all countries due to import restrictions and restrictions of the ebay international shipping program.
The UK especially has many restrictions on imports.
If you'd like to share the item number we can take a look at the listing to make sure you did not make a mistake in the shipping section.

Mentor1 year agoThere is no shipping to the UK for this item. The UK has MANY import restrictions.
Your shipping is set up correctly with the eBay International Shipping Program for other countries.
I recommend blocking buyers in locations you don't ship to account settings. This won't affect your EIS shipping. https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements

"American Samoa, Chile, Colombia, Guam, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Macau, Marshall Islands, Mexico, Micronesia, Netherlands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Spain, United States, Virgin Islands (U.S.)"
