how to sell a rare perfume

Its been years since I've sold on eBay and I've never sold items that I'm currently listing.
eBay removed a listing I posted because it violated the cosmetics and perfume policy. I get it. I'm not arguing or disputing the policy. What I'm asking is: how am I able to sell this item? Not on eBay obvs. The perfume is from a company (Izzy Sayan) who had a brief (>10 years) time in business but their perfumes had a cult-like following. The bottle I have to sell was purchased in Seattle in the early 2000s (probably 2004 or '05) and like all of my perfumes, I stored it in my closet, in a dark cabinet.
Long story to a short question. I look forward to any responses and advice.
