How to see return shipping labels as a seller
A customer said they wanted to return an item due to it “not working†(which I’m suspicious of). I paid the return shipping and processed the return.
The tracking number has the package as “delivered†— but to the wrong state! In fact, it’s the state the buyer is in.
How can I view the return shipping information to verify?
