how to see dvd and make a profit
Hi I was just curious on how anyone make any money on a dvd like this as I have been selling DVDs and with shipping cost of media shipping is 3.92 and eBay fees around 60 cents would be 4.52 dvd sells for 3. 25 if you wouldn’t mind telling I would appreciate it. Thank you in advance. I see a lot that sell like this ? |

OP2 years agoI don’t think that’s the reason. Some of them have 30,000 feedback and all the ones I have I have for free basically but I’m not going to pay someone to have them. Like you said time is one thing. The only thing I can think of if they’re sending them with a stamp instead of paying $4.13. They will probably ship with a stamp for $.80 like a dollar store only makes a quarter on an item. but the quantity they sell is worth it to them for a profit. I buy storage units and get DVDs and Blu-rays out of them. But thanks for answering

Mentor2 years agoYou have to find a source to obtain those DVDs as cheaply as possible. I think many of those sellers either source at yard/garage sales or have a wholesale source where they can purchase DVDs in a bulk lot.

OP2 years agoI already have the DVDs hundreds of them thousands question is how do you make a profit on. People on here are selling I’m here for 299 with free shipping so the question is how do they do this and make a profit? It cost 413 shipping the media then you have Ebay fees which is around $.60 on 299 so you’re minus on your profit you’re paying them to buy it for you. ?

·2 years agoThose selling at a loss are either ill-informed or are trying to build a track record. Selling cheap stuff at a loss is a quick way to build an eBay account. The money lost can simply be considered a marketing expense.
Some sellers are not in it for the profit. They are merely liquidating assets for cash.
I'm selling old magazines that were going to the dump. I decided others might want to save them from the landfill, so am happy to break even (actually, if I count my time, it will be negative, but I put that in my entertainment category).
