I want to search for some products that a) come from sellers located in France, and b) can be shipped only to buyers located in an EU country. FYI, I am in the USA, my Ebay account was set up in the USA, and my Ebay shipping address is in the USA. I'm not sure, but this seems to be blocking the type of search that I mentioned above. How can I do the "seller in France who ships only to EU" search?
