How to revise Item Specifics "Features"
Hi, my item went live about 3 hours ago, and I need to edit a statement under Item Specifics "Features". I wasn't able to when creating the listing (I clicked on sell one like this to put me in the right category, but then I wasn't able to change what was written in "Features", to match my item. Specifically, I need to eliminate that it has a new battery. Don't understand why some things were able to be changed, but clearly I don't know what's up with this. I did mention it in bold in my item description, don't want to mislead buyer. BTW, is it no longer possible to talk to a human CS rep by phone?

When you use the sell one like this option some fields are locked to what was entered on the original listing and can not be changed on your listing. That option can be convenient as long as your item exactly matches the listing.
If you are not able to revise the existing listing the thing to do is end your current incorrect listing. Go to the ended listing on your unsold page and select the sell similar option. This opens a copy of your original listing that you can revise.
