How to reverse seller restrictions

Question

Ebay restricted my account from selling on the platform due to low seller performance. I was a perfect seller for years, I think my feedback from customers is still over 90%. I was trying to sell on ebay and whatnot and became very disorganized.

I want to get back on ebay, but there doesnt seem to be any support offered any more and the chat bot isn't very helpful.

Anyone know what I need to do to open my account back up?

Did the message you get say it was a permanent suspension?
