How to reverse refund
On August 5, 2026 buyer reported item not received. Buyer was going on trip and very upset. I sent her refund immediately as there was no record of usps receiving the package. I see she did receive the package on September 2, 2026 and has made no attempt to pay for the item. I messaged her with no response. Can ebay help me with this? 20-14889-29692

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you used ebay shipping to print the shipping label and shipped the package within your handling time, and then refunded when the buyer filed a case, and the package later turns up, ebay will eventually reimburse you.

OP3 weeks agoIt's been 16 days. Do I need to make ebay aware? The status appears to be still open as I refunded prior to the case running its course with ebay.

OP3 weeks agoIs it possible I did received a refund am not aware? I keep going round and round on the ebay site trying to resolve the issue. Very frustrating. Nothing matches my problem and the instructions to ask ebay to step in seem to be invalid.
