How to return the shipping charges. When buyer changes to local pickup
Buyer already paid for item with shipping. But now want Local Pick up. How to return just the shipping charge.

Mentor2 years agoThe best option is to cancel the sale as problem with address, relist with local pickup and let the buyer purchase it again with local pickup. Without local pickup on the sale, there will be no pickup code and you have no protection against a not received claim.
To just refund the shipping, go to your list of sold orders and select send refund from the pull down menu next to that item. You can mark the item shipped, but not delivered.
